Announcing: The Mini MUFF Society
In an effort to further celebrate our film communities and also capitalize on how many adorable "MUFF" phrases we can abuse, the Toronto, NYC and SF branches of The MUFF Society will also be launching their own short film programs: The Mini MUFF Society.

The reason we've started MUFF in our respective cities is because we know what a vibrant and amazing film community we have and we want to help to support it. And what better way than to screen short films before our features. Right? Right! And, you know, since this is The MUFF Society, Mini MUFF will only be accepting shorts that meet specific lady-power criteria.
So this goes out to all of the amazing women filmmakers in Toronto, NYC, and San Francisco: have a short film? Wanna screen it at possibly the coolest (at the very least: most sparkly) event around? YAS KWEEN YAS! We want you! And every city will be screening features of a variety of genres so don't worry if your short isn't a typical "girly" film. Heck, we're screening a violent action film in Toronto in July so, really, ALL kinds of short films are welcome.
