This month's Mini MUFF selection is the incredible local short film NOT TIL WE'RE MARRIED. We will have director Shannon Hanmer in attendance!

With Halloween just around the corner we are far too excited to function, so book us into the rubber motel because we are officially all *white noise*-ed up. This month at the Carlton Cinema we’ll be screening writer Karen Walton’s Ginger Snaps, which is the story of two anti-establishment and death-obsessed sisters named Ginger and Brigitte, and all of the trials and tribulations that comes with being normal teenage girls… except when Ginger is attacked by a mysterious, hairy beast which has been killing all of the dogs in the town. After the attack, Ginger starts to experience back pain, mood swings, and most of all, hair-where-there-wasn’t-hair-before, which really brings us back to our glory days of being but young little lycanthropes ourselves… (I mean…what?!)

This screening will be co-presented by our good friends CINEFILLES (because we’re together forever, duh) and they have a very special guest coming along with them (!!! We can't wait to tell you!). And we're going all out for our photobooth this month with a makeup artist who will be providing some gore-tastic makeup effects to our attendees. BLOODY AMAZING! (Get it?)
